CSS for "Train" progress bar

here is an image of what it should look like:

this is the simplest HTML I can come up with. CSS is added below:

2. andet step which is so long it wraps on 2 lines.
3. tredie step

   This one has extra text that can only be seen when selected

   Extra paragraph of text

4. fjerde step
5. femte step
6. sidste step

• version 1 (original)
• version 2 (added z-index on ids)
• version 3 (added margins and paddings for graphical reasons)
• version 4 (IE6 support rewrite - no pngfix)
• version 5 (IE6 support pngfix but strange double numbers in IE6)
• version 6 (non existing)
