		<description>I, too, like Mike Kuniavsky&#039;s definition, but find it a bit vague. And Thomas Baekdal&#039;s &quot;make it easy to be happy&quot; doesn&#039;t provide a very concise framework either.

The NNGroup understands the critical role of interaction, but fails to put this observation into its much greater perspective.
